AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM OUR OFFICE

It’s an unfortunate reality that times of crisis often require legal services. Trillium Law wants to assure you that we remain open and continue to serve your legal needs. We have the ability to work remotely and will connect with you by telephone, video conferencing, email and regular mail.

We are implementing a few changes for the health of our staff and our clients. Beginning March 19, 2020 and continuing through May 1, 2020, we are suspending in-person appointments unless necessary for a notarized signature on a document. Appointments will be conducted by phone or video conference when available.

Staff will be in the office to allow drop off or pick up of documents by appointment, when other alternatives such as email are unavailable, an original signature is needed.

The judicial system is implementing temporary measures to best ensure the safety of the public while still meeting legal needs. These measures will impact the scheduling of hearings and trials in all types of legal matters. We are keeping on top of the latest information and will let you know of any postponement or change in the way your court proceeding will be conducted.

With some businesses closing, and others dramatically reducing hours for their employees, the ability to pay your legal bills may be a concern. Rest assured, we will work with you if needed. We can offer payment plans and will not be charging interest on overdue invoices during these difficult times. We are also open to discussing other options with clients.
